Culinary Action On The Road by BCC
2nd edition – Tokyo 2023
International roadshow competition with cutting-edge projects, entrepreneurial talent, and technology startups
from the agri-food sector.
After the success of the last japanese edition, Future Food Institute and Tokyo Food Institute will held for the second time in Japan the Culinary Action on the Road.
This competition, promoted by Basque Culinary Center in different countries, began in the United States in 2022 and has been held from time to time in Argentina, Denmark, and Israel.
During 2023 the “Culinary Action On The Road” will open in Tokyo on October 19th, 2023, passing by Copenhagen, Buenos Aires, New York, Tel Aviv, before landing in San Sebastian (March) where the winners of the regional competitions will compete with the ones from the other countries.

A team of experts will analyze the applications and will select 5 finalist startups who will pitch during the event.
